Beginners Yoga Course

Our Beginners Yoga Course is specifically designed for students who have either never practiced yoga before; are returning to practice after a break; or simply want a refresher.
The Beginners Course is a great way to learn the fundamental asana (poses) of a yoga practice, including basic sequences, breath work and philosophy in a supportive, respectful and encouraging environment. Class numbers are limited to ensure each participant receives time, support and detailed guidance throughout the course so make sure to book in early!

When: Wednesdays 1 November – 22 November 2017
Time: 7:30-8:30pm
