Mindfulness and restorative yoga are highly effective in reducing stress and improving wellbeing. As stress is an inevitable part of life we will explore what stress is and how it can affect your mental, emotional and physical health.
Through simple guided mindfulness practices you will learn ways to respond to stress with more clarity and ease and be fully engaged in each moment of your life. The session will also involve resting in nurturing restorative postures to connect with the body and release accumulated tension, and breathing techniques to soothe the mind and body.
All levels and abilities are welcome to this workshop. Please wear comfortable easy to move in clothing.
