As we approach the end of the year it’s important to take the opportunity to deeply rest, reflect and connect with how you would like to move forward with purpose. Through the practice of restorative yoga, pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation and intention setting (Sankalpa), this workshop will give you the space to refresh and inspire your mind, body and heart.
All abilities and levels of experience welcome. Please wear comfortable clothing and bring paper and pen.
