Join Alice Hobday and Jo Buick for a very special fundraising event here at Gertrude Street Yoga.
For one and a half hours, allow yourself to move through a process of unfolding with restorative and yin postures, aided by the auditory vibrations of live Himalayan and crystal singing bowls.
All proceeds will be donated to State of Being, funding the development and facilitation of trauma-informed and accessible community yoga programs here in Melbourne.
State of Being Self-Care Sessions are inclusive, all-are-welcome, no-experience-necessary events. Wear whatever is comfortable, no flexibility or yoga experience required. Bring along and friend or two, and set aside some time for self-care in the form of Yin (restorative yoga forms, most of which are experienced lying down), Yoga Nidra (guided meditation and relaxation) and Sound (tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls and other soothing sounds).
